Mission Statement
Regina has been a practitioner of the healing arts
for the last ten years. She began studying the mind, body, spirit
connection to wellness when completing courses in Stress Management towards a
diploma in Adult Education in 1992. She has studied with wonderful
teachers across Canada from St. John’s to Vancouver and north to the NWT and
Yukon as well as in the US and UK. Regina is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui,
Karuna, Lightarian traditions. Regina has studied core, Hawaiian and
Celtic shamanism. She is a certified practitioner of Colour Breathing,
Indian Head Massage and Quantum Touch. She has worked for the last three years
as an aromatherapist with Aroma Borealis . She is currently completing
certifications in Healing Touch and Reflexology as well as perusing ongoing
studies in colour, crystal, sound, and flower essences.
