Gray is a Registered Aromatherapist and Herbalist and is the owner of Aroma
Borealis Herb Shop Inc. in Yukon Territory. Bev has formulated & developed
hundreds of herbal and aromatherapy products for the natural health market. She
combines wild plants from the Sub Arctic and organically grown herbs with
essential oils, which she likes to refer to as, “healing collages from around
the globe.”
Aroma Borealis offers all things healthy, including Yukon made herbal teas,
tinctures, body care botanical products, essential oils, herbs, supplements,
beeswax candles, Yoga supplies, Books, etc. A great place to shop! Aroma
Borealis recently won the Gold Alive Award of Excellence for their product, “Green
Aid Ointment.”
Bev is also a journalist and an enthusiastic teacher of boreal botanical
medicine. Bev offers workshops, called, “Herb-Walk-Talk & Medicine Making,”
and Herbal Self Care, and Aromatherapy foundation courses. She also promotes
health through an aromatherapy profile in Alive magazine www.alive.com and a bi-
weekly radio show on CBC called, “Words on Herbs.”
Bev is also a Certified Laughing Yoga Instructor and has trained with Dr.
Madan Kataria, a family physician from Mumbai, India in the art of Laughter. Bev
also studied Classical Hatha Yoga with Shakti mhi of the Prana Yoga and Zen
Center and practices the Ayurvedic technique of Indian Head Massage.
