At the Alpine Meadow Wellness Centre you will
receive informed guidance on how to support your body's natural ability to heal
itself and to stay strong & healthy through sound nutritional advice and a
complementary blend of therapeutic applications.
During a consultation you will participate in
determining the underlying cause of your current health conditions taking into
consideration all aspects of your whole being.
A treatment protocol may include a variety of
therapy techniques including (but not limited to):
~ nutritional recommendations
~ lymphatic drainage massage
~ stress management techniques
~ colon hydrotherapy
~ integrative massage using a variety of techniques such as:
-joint mobilization
-deep tissue
-muscle energy
-active release
-acupressure
-PNF stretching
-or embellishing in the completely relaxing techniques of Aromatherapy Salt
Glow massage or Heated Stone Massage
